In October 2014 the global toy and crafting brand (Seedling) merged with the Los Angeles-based venture backed eCommerce company (P.S. XO). By creating a broader portfolio, this marriage of brands will allow the founders (Phoebe Hayman, Soleil Moon Frye and Kara Nortman) to bring their shared vision to life: to provide families with simple, beautiful ways to create, play and celebrate together.
